Hey Everyone!

Things are going pretty well with me right now. Hanging out with a lot of my favorite people last night was really fun. It is amazing how much we have all grown up so far. I had to work for a little while today which wasn't bad. People at work were all in a good mood for a change. Charlie and I went to The Butler's Pantry for lunch-it's at the Marriot and I LOVE it. After lunch, we walked along the dock by all of the expensive boats and then we went to the beach for a while and played in the water. I had to go back to work for two hours after all that...not so bad. Charlie and I watched Ultimate Fighter 2 and now I am about to go to bed. I have school tomorrow, but only one class this Tuesday...a professor decided to let us off for tomorrow...yay! I am planning to go to the beach with Amanda Mayo and some other people. Anyways, I will talk to you all later!

Hey Everybody!

I am at work yet again. I am waiting for all of my signs to print out.  Classes all started this week...very nice. I am really excited about my underwater crime scene investigation classes. I already had a quiz in one of them! I have to swim 400 yds in 12 minutes not this coming Tuesday, but the following Tuesday, so I will be practicing until then. I will also have to swim underwater for 75 yds without coming up for air. I really don't know how long that actually is though, so hope for me that I can do it all! I tried to hold my breath for as long as I could today and I only got to 50 seconds so far. My other classes are interesting too, so it should be a decent semester. I like all of my professors. They are all men this time...hopefully that will be a good thing. They tend to be more laid back than women I think. I do have some mega papers to write though (I kinda enjoy doing that in a way...I usually increase my grade with papers). I have a quiz on two chapters on Tuesday night. It shouldn't be too horrible.

Charlie is finally coming home tonight from Pensacola for good. I get off work at 6 pm and he will probably get back around then. I am going to guess that we are just going to pick up something easy to eat and watch some dvd's I picked up from work. I got Sahara, Beauty Shop, A Lot Like Love, and The Wedding Date, so I am excited! Yay! We might go work out and go swimming too. I night to just chill finally...I might read some of my textbooks too. I don't have to be at work until noon tomorrow, but I have to stay until 10:30 pm tomorrow night...yucky! Anyways, I have an hour and a half to get something done, so I will talk to you later!

Hey Everyone!

First off, congratulations, Julie! I am very happy for you! I do miss you being here though.

Last night, I watched Ultimate Fighter 2 on Spike TV. I actually am really starting to like UFC. Were you all surprised? I'm the girl who used to watch professional wrestling with Kevin Nash and Buff Bagwell.

Today, I went to lunch with Kasey Acklin at a cute place at the Marriot called The Butler's Pantry. I loved it. It was absolutely awesome food. Charlie will like it if I get to take him there. He can buy wine there. I don't see how people like wine. It is way too strong for me...kinda tastes like blood. I'll grow up one day and like it maybe. Kasey and I talked about a lot of things, but one of the interesting topics was how Charlie and I haven't used the "L" word. Is that something that should be done? I think people use it much too soon when they are foolishly infatuated. I mean, I definitely love nearly everyone in my life. I'm discovering different levels of love throughout my life. I know I loved Ken with all of my heart when I was with him, but it was stupid love. I was hardly mature enough for that relationship. I was mentally young at that time. Last year, I was too mentally young for relationships too. I feel like I have advanced some now though. Now I know that some people just are "in love" because they don't want to be single anymore, even if the person isn't right for them. Before I say that to anyone again, I feel like I should deeply research my feelings for the person. I have been researching my feelings lately, but one of the things I have come to while thinking is that I really don't know how he feels about me either. He is 27, divorced, and in the navy. I could just be the girlfriend he wants to keep around to prevent loneliness. So, for now, I think I will just hold off on the "L" word until later if that happens. 4 months is a young relationship to be worrying about it. We have fun together and enjoy each other's companionship..."I really like you" will suffice.

So after lunch, I went to Cory Everson's. I sat in the tanning bed with my new cake batter smelling lotion for 20 minutes. After I got out of there, I ran on the treadmill (I am starting to enjoy running), worked out my legs and butt, and sat in the sauna room for a while to stretch. I was at Cory's for like 2 1/2 hours. I saw Sabrina Washington there. She is doing really well and has lost quite a bit of weight. I came home after that and then Mom and Dad took me out to eat at Sonny's with them. Now I am home and I think I will clean some laundry and maybe watch some tv. I will talk to everyone later! I hope all is well!

Hey Everybody!

So, this weekend was awesome! Charlie did order UFC on pay-per-view and I actually watched it and liked it (it was a bunch of hot, buff guys beating the shit out of each other). Sunday, I worked until 5. After work, Charlie and I went to Casa de Fogo - very, very good food (especially for Atkins dieters)! After eating, we went to the arcade for about an hour. I absolutely LOVE arcades! We played a lot of shooter games, skee-ball, and air hockey.

This morning, Charlie and I went to the bank so that I could cash the check that I washed and dried while doing laundry. The tellers laughed at me. It was pretty entertaining. Then, we went to a cafe' on the beach where we met so that we could eat breakfast. It was really yummy! We stopped at the Navy base to pick up some stuff for him to study and he showed me where he works. Then, he had to go back to Pensacola for another week and a half to study for the test he has to take. If he passes, he might move up a rank to HM1...wish him luck! It is a lot of material! Now, I am at work taking a short break. I have to prepare for all the new releases for tomorrow and pull a bunch of cd's and dvd's off the shelf. Anyways, I hope everyone is doing well! I will talk to you later!

Hey Everybody!

I am at work yet again waiting to go home in ten minutes. I have already finished everything. Charlie got back into town today. He made me a ribeye and some squash and zucchini on the grill for my lunch break...delicious! He is ordering UFC tonight on pay-per-view, so I am going to read a book. Other than that, not too much is going on. Charlie leaves Monday and I am off Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so if anyone wants to do anything, let me know!
